“ Just had lunch there the other day. I had an excellent salad that was generous in amount and reasonable in cost. Good atmosphere and good service. ”
“ Today 7 friends and I came to Walnut Grille for our Easter Sunday Brunch, We can't say enough good things...food was fabulous with so many options it was difficult to choose...the prime rib melted in my mouth. Despite being crowded, staff was so efficient things and lines moved smoothly. Last but not least, the employees were very representative of the LGBTQ community and as this was National Trans day of Visibilty, seeing this just made me realize that this is a place I want to continue to patronize. AND, our waitress Kelly was absolutely outstanding!!! ”
“ Had reservations elsewhere tonight, but forced to call an audible when I received a call that the establishment was forced to closed for a reason beyond their control. Not sure, guessing sewage backup or stomach flu took out the entire staff. None the less, ended up at walnut grill in Fox Chapel sitting on the patio during a pleasant Saturday night. Lots of seating, waitstaff appeared thin, but service was good enough. Full bar solid menu. Food was very good! No complaints. ”
“ Walnut grill is a staple for me. There food is pretty good and reasonably priced. I loved my Nashville hot chicken sandwich and fries. The food was fried to crispy perfection. I really did not like the deviled eggs...the egg whites tasted rubbery. I also didn't love the pulled pork nachos. They put some sweet chili sauce on the nachos which made the chips a bit soggy. I loved our waiter. She was personable and knowledgeable about the menu. My favorite way to dine at Walnut Grill is outside on their patio during warm weather. ”
“ I come to Walnut Grill with friends and family often and enjoy the menu variety. I recently stopped by for weekend brunch and sat on the patio before the humidity really set in for the day. There are six locations around the Burgh. Breakfast is served daily until 3pm. I ordered the Veggie Frittata - an item I don't see on every breakfast menu in town. So when I see it, I order it! This entree came loaded with spinach, asparagus, tomato, mozzarella and provolone cheese, breakfast potatoes, toast and jam. It was a big portion and I had to take the rest home for a snack later. I can't wait to be back to try the other breakfast entrees. ”
